Classroom Computers
Teachers need a place that they can secure files (like gradebooks and report cards)
This would be better with a User Profile, but we may have to show them how they can secure a folder with a self made password
Should be connected to their TV
Students should be saving into their folder on the Students Drive
They can open their work from anyplace

Classroom Folders on the Student Drive
Maybe we should create a folder for teachers, lock it, and only give teachers the password
Password should be generic and easily remember-able but not something stupid that any student could guess
Show all teachers how to create their documents as Read Only so students can’t change them
Teachers should store a blank Word document, Excel spreadsheet, and PowerPoint presentation in their classroom folders
When students want to open a new document, they should start in the classroom folder (and use one of the blank files) as opposed to creating a brand new document
If they do this, they will be much more likely to save into the correct classroom folder as opposed to anyplace else that they may save
